14-Day Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
You may return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery if they meet these requirements:
- •Unused condition with original tags still attached
- •Original packaging undamaged and intact
- •All included accessories or parts present
Refund Processing Time
- •Standard payments: 10–14 business days
- •PayPal payments: 2–4 weeks (processing varies by bank)
- •Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Return Shipping Information
- •Customer covers return shipping costs and any import fees
- •A valid tracking number must be provided
How to Return

- 2.Ship items to the provided address (include order details)
- 3.Refund will be issued after inspection of returned items
